Becky Benishek writes children’s stories, poetry, song lyrics, young adult, and adult fiction. She is the author of The Squeezor is Coming! and Hush, Mouse! through MacLaren-Cochrane Publishing, and What’s At the End of Your Nose? and Dr. Guinea Pig George through Amazon.
She loves to create stories that help children believe in themselves, and find the magic in ordinary things. That goes for the kids-at-heart, too! She’s having a lot of fun right now writing the first book of a planned young adult fantasy series.
Becky also manages online communities that connect people with resources to help people with special needs thrive. She’s currently a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and is happy to be able to give back to the tech community by presenting at Microsoft events and mentoring people all over the world.
She has an extensive Lego collection, a working Commodore 64, and a tendency to stick googly eyes on objects minding their own business.
